Handmade Product Disclaimer
Every sword and bladed product in our catalog is individually hand-forged by skilled artisans. Due to the nature of traditional handcraftsmanship, minor variations between individual pieces are normal and expected. These may include slight differences in:
- Blade length, width, and weight
- Hamon (temper line) pattern and visibility
- Handle wrap tension and color shade
- Saya (scabbard) finish and lacquer tone
- Tsuba (guard) detailing
These variations are inherent to the handmade process, reflect the individuality of each piece, and are not considered defects. Product photographs on our Site are representative examples and may not exactly match the item you receive.
Legal Compliance
Sword and bladed weapon laws vary significantly by country, state, and municipality. It is your sole responsibility to:
- Research and understand the laws governing the purchase, import, possession, and transport of swords in your jurisdiction
- Obtain any required permits or licenses before placing an order
- Ensure that your purchase complies with all applicable regulations
TrueKatana does not provide legal advice and makes no representations about the legality of our products in your specific location. If you are unsure about the laws in your area, we recommend consulting with a local attorney or law enforcement agency before ordering.
