Can it have been better? Yes. Not a bad sword given at it's price point. The blade wasn't evenly as sharp or polished as I would like it to be and had a few high spots, but after sharpening/honing and polishing I was able to get it to the sharpness I wanted. The scabbard came loose after 2-3 times pulling the blade out and leaves wood chips behind. I would have to clean the blade every pull, but is becoming less of a clean up after a while.

Beautifully made, well balanced blade worth the purchase. I highly recommend this product to anyone who has experience with kendo and or pro-actively practices with blades! Remember safety first!

I got this for my husband, and he was surprise and very amused. But loved it. The packing was great. I was a bit surprise that it was coming from China, nothing on the website said it was coming from there. Getting the sword out of the scabbard was difficult, until I figure out that it was covered in plastic. Nice way to protected, but also less chance of cutting yourself when taking it out. Overall good. I don't know much about quality, but unless you are real samurai and regularly goes on battle, this sword looks and feels great. The weight felt nice, my husband agreed also. He managed to wielded and move it around a bit and found the feel of it good for him. The price did not hurt either. I was expected to paid more for it.

Is a great sword.
Got drunk buzzed one knight and watched Kill Bill, specifically one with the Chinese Jap-American girl as the antagonist in the Chapter, wanted to buy a sword like hers; ended up doing that the next day and waited awhile.
Got it and I’m not disappointed; has a good weight and feel to it, the sheath is beautiful, and not only that the blade is pseudo-sharp. If you want it to be sharp, you’ll have to do it yourself or get it professionally sharpened, which is understandable, because if you’re committed to it, you wouldn’t mind sharpening it.
Just remember to buy Sword Oil for it, protection from corrosion is PARAMOUNT.

True Katana is very professional. The order was delivered quickly, and packed very well.
For the price it's a good deal. The design of this sword is appealing for any sweaty handed ninja wanna be. The grip design is in a good direction. But, i would gladly pay 2x or more for a higher quality piece.

Oh my god this sword is really cool. I sliced fruit with it like fruit ninja and it’s super sharp and cut it directly in half. It was really awesome I urge you to buy a sword if you’re considering it. Swords are cooler than guns because sword fighting is awesome. Plus Ninjas are cool so having a ninja sword is cool.

Everything was great, sword came quickly and looks great! It's as sharp as I hoped and looks to be well made. There was a small cut on the scabbard but, it's barely noticeable. Overall a great purchase, well worth the price.
