Overall the sword is a nice looking wall hanger. But I am concerned about the quality of materials used. They used plastic on certain parts of handle that should be metal and I think the hamon is faked with an acid etch and not a real one caused by differential hardening like they said. I also have no idea if this is real T10 the fake acid etch is concerning if it is because T10 needs a quality differential hardening to be the heat steel that it can be. For the price it’s at I would expect at least no plastic on the sword but at least it looks nice on a wall.

Jury is still out. Fit and finish looks and feels good. Handle is wrapped tight, and nothing is loose yet. The scabbard is junk. Wood shavings are always on the blade. Blade cuts into the scabbard easily. The blade rattles around in the scabbard. The finish on the scabbard is amazing. The matte finish feels great and is easy to hold. The blue is very deep and looks amazing.

The sword lived up to its expectations. It’s a gift for my brother’s 40th birthday, so I can’t really show you a picture of me wielding it because it’s not mine. However, me and my father gave a sneak peek test run of the sword and it is damn good of a sword. Very sturdy and I like the fact that it has some weight to it. The Katana is good overall , the only things that I could find wrong with it was the blade rattles in the saya; the Katana was tip heavy and was a bit punishing after swinging it for a while. Despite the downsides the fittings on the Katana were tight and the handle wrap feels good in the hands. Nothing about this Katana is low quality. Overall the Katana was money well spent and you certainly can buy with confidence.
