The shipping label of my order has been created, but it has not been updated. Why?

Usually within 1 business days, the website will be update the tracking info once shipping carrier picked up the orders. Sometimes the driver of the shipping carrier does not scan all the packages in our warehouse when pick up the orders, that may cause delay. But don't worry, if your tracking do not see any update after 2 business days, please contact our customer service team at customerservice@truekatana.com for support, we will help resolve your issue.
