We understand with the nature of what we are sending out, items may be broken in transit. We would be happy to send you a replacement if your item was damaged in transit. Please send a photo of your broken item within 14 days of delivery. Once we receive the photo we will be able to send a replacement.
If the item that is damaged is currently out of stock, you may choose another item equal value or less or receive a full refund for the item (shipping will not be refunded).
