The sword and scabbard are both very well made and look incredible. The blade comes sharp and well oiled. The scabbard is leather rapped and the desin on it is textured, not just drawn on. The delivery came one day earlier than expected.

I had no idea that this sword would be so spectacular, I bought this sword for my 16 yr old stepson and this is his very first sword, I thought it was going to be cheaply made that is why I purchased it. The sword is beautiful. I bought two swords on Amazon and they both broke within a week. My son (who is into Katana Swords) was devastated. This sword is built so much better and it’s very sleek. He’s only 6 so he’s not allowed to touch it without Mommy or Daddy right next to him. I’m teaching him to respect the sword and to understand it’s a very powerful weapon. We love it. This item arrived 2 days after initial delivery date and the box was opened at the end and the foam packing was pealled away life someone tried to slide it out of the end. Probably shouldn't put True Katana on the box to avoid this. If it wasn't so tight in the box I probably would have gotten an empty box.
