The sword itself is good. The scabbard itself has great details, however, it did arrive cracked in two different spots. I’m not sure if it was caused by shipping or if it was shipped already broken. Overall I give it 3 stars for the scabbard being cracked.

Gave this to my son for his high school graduation and he was thrilled. It is beautiful! He has wanted a katana for many years. I thought the symbolism was perfect for him as he finished high school and is moving into adulthood. Truth, loyalty, honor, discipline, faith, and righteousness -all perfectly balanced like the katana are the qualities of the man I hope my son will be. Came fast and was exactly as pictured.
Fair warning to those who are collecting all of Zoro swords. It is accurate to the anime/manga. However, when put up against the Wado Ichimonji and Sandai Kitetsu purchased from here it looks almost cartoonish in comparison. It still is a beautiful piece of work but the display of the collection gets thrown off.
I've gotten all my katanas so far from truekatana and they never disappoint in quality. Will definitely be add to my collections from here.
